Chief Development Officer

The Chief Development Officer oversees revenue of $5 million dollars and is expected to increase the dollars raised by 4% annually. The Chief Development Officer of Resource Development provides comprehensive management for all revenue associated with campaign and individual gift strategies. The Chief Development Officer works to identify and cultivate all sources of revenue, including working with high-end donors. The Chief Development Officer supervises a resource development team to achieve annual goals set with the President & CEO and the Board of Directors. Intensive Case Manager

The Intensive Case Manager (ICM) is responsible for providing ongoing counseling and intensive case management services, advocacy and guidance to program participants in their personal, legal and social service needs, especially those that interfere with their ability to meet the program requirements and their personal goals; and to work closely with the entire staff to build the youths’ leadership skills. Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for office management of the YouthBuild program. Project Manager/Housing Specialist

The Project Manager (PM) for the Housing Division of United Way of Long Island is responsible to manage the daily operations and program compliance of all Housing Division Programs and Initiatives.
