United Way of Long Island is pleased to announce that Victoria Cella has joined the organization as Director of Business Development. She is responsible for overseeing corporate giving strategy, including developing and activating business relationships.
Victoria brings 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector with expertise in fundraising development and special events. She most recently served as Senior Development Manager at March of Dimes where she oversaw Long Island donor recruitment, development and cultivation. Immediately prior, Victoria served as Development Director at Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where she organized signature events, raising over $600,000.
“Victoria is a seasoned professional, expert in leveraging relationships. Her ingenuity in cultivating revenue streams will certainly be advantageous to our organization. We are pleased to welcome her to the United Way family,” said Craig Fligstein, Chief Development Officer of United Way of Long Island.

A resident of Oakdale, Victoria resides with her husband, Steve, and dog, Roxy. They have three adult children. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from State University of New York at Brockport.
